Ziggy Frankenfeld

I am a Registered Business Valuer, Business Broker and Corporate Advisor based in Melbourne, I have had a long and successful career in both the corporate world and in Corporate Advisory work. 

I hold a BCom from the University of Cape Town and a Chartered Accountant (SAICA and CAANZ). I have worked at Ernst & Young in audit and corporate advisory, before taking on senior financial roles in various listed IT companies initially as CFO and later as CEO.

In Australia I served as CEO of Sirius Telecommunications, worked as a Strategy Consultant served on various Advisory Boards. I joined Recoveries Corporation (Debt Collection and Legal Services) as Head of Corporates Services and was appointed CEO of Mason Black Lawyers.

I am a qualified Real Estate Agent (License #091829) and commenced as a business broker in 2018 when I joined the Benchmark Corporate team and serve as a director at the Australian Institute of Business Brokers and Chair of the Victoria Chapter.

I focus on transactions valued between $1 million and $50 million. As a registered business valuer, I provide valuations for the settlement of Legal disputes, including but not limited to Family Law, VCAT and Partnership Disputes. 

To date I have been involved in over 450 transactions including 2 IPO's, Large scale roll-ups and corporate re-structures. Recent deals include the sale of a financial services group ($42m), a horticultural wholesaler ($5 million), car detailing and auto protection business ($1.5 million).
